The training of company consists of training courses for screwdriver knowledge and skill and other relative fields. Knowledge training includes enterprise culture, products, managerial system and operation system of company, we will help employees to understand such information of company better and join in such culture and concept. Skill training includes post responsibility, operation regulation of post and special skill training, we will help employees to create a clear sense about the request to the post from each part of managerial system, to know well the basic skill required by the post and necessary skill which would meet the requirement raised by different challenges. Three methods build the training program, internal training, external training and self-training.
