At the Luxembourg Time of 15^th May 2009, the Board of directors has made a resolution after a conference which authorized to conduct the registered office movement of Toolux Sanding SA, from 23, Val Fleuri, L-1526 Luxembourg to 69, boulevard de la P¨¦trusse, L-2320 Luxembourg, with immediate effect. This movement of company¡¯s documents has been completed at the end of May.
