2009 Financial Report Issued 

According to the rules of NYSE Euronext Paris, Toolux Sanding SA is required to issue the financial report of company as of 31^st December 2009 after the auditing work from the auditors in France and Luxembourg on company¡¯s homepage.

Based on the professional work provided by auditors, here Management of Toolux Sanding SA issued the *financial report on the site of investor relationship of homepage with management report for the year 2009.

Furthermore, these two documents had been already available to check in the website of NYSE Euronext.

*Note: depending on auditor¡¯s new requirements from Luxembourg, 2009 financial report is different from 2008 financial report, neither does the management report.
